We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders can't be placed for delivery outside the UK.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders are baked fresh and dispatched within 5 days of receipt. We send parcels out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If your parcel is missing or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of the issue so we can put it right quickly.

Yes. Our bakery is 100% dedicated to gluten free production. No wheat flour ever enters the premises.

How do you prevent cross-contamination?

We follow strict quarantine measures from delivery of ingredients through to dispatch, and every product is individually wrapped in the bakery before it leaves us.

Yes. Tilley's is trusted by coeliacs and those with serious gluten intolerances thanks to our dedicated facility and rigorous standards.
