Tilley's is owned and run by Brian Spence, a master baker with a lifetime behind the oven. From his first apprenticeship at fourteen to baking the Royal Loaf for a castle in Scotland, every recipe carries decades of craft — and an unwavering commitment to safe, dedicated gluten free production.

- Yes - delivery is free on every order. We deliver to UK addresses only, with a minimum order value of £45.
- How do you prevent cross-contamination?
- Our entire kitchen is dedicated 100% gluten free with strict quarantine measures and individually wrapped products.
- When are orders dispatched?
- Orders are baked fresh and dispatched within 5 days, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For an update on your order, email info@tilleysglutenfree.com.
- Can I collect from the shop?
- We don't offer Click & Collect at the moment — please visit us in store at 70 High Street, Honiton.
