Terms & Conditions and Delivery Details

£20.00 minimum spend on all orders.

We bake fresh to meet your orders and once this is placed with us we will notify you of delivery date by e-mail. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure their name, address and postcode is correct. It is helpful to include a telephone number in case our courier needs to contact you. 

The customer must ensure they are available to collect from the courier on the delivery date.  

If you are unavailable you must make alternative arrangements or you will need to collect your order from the local courier depot the same day. We can not accept responsibility for spoilt goods due to non-collection. 

Cancellations & Refunds 

If you wish to cancel your order you can do this by calling us on 01208 822467 or emailing info@tilleysglutenfree.com . This must be done before 12 noon on the day of dispatch. Orders cancelled according to this condition will be refunded in full within 3 days. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made.

Delivery Time Frame

We aim to have your order dispatched within 7 days of receipt. Orders are dispatched on either a Tuesday or Thursday. We do not dispatch at the weekend. Deliveries are made to you either on a Wednesday or Friday.

How your order is dispatched

UK Mainland orders are dispatched on a next day delivery service via DPD. UK Offshore orders are dispatched on a 2 day delivery service via DPD. More information on the service DPD provide can be found at their website: www.dpd.com

Click & Collect

The Click & Collect service is available for all items online. Customers can collect orders on Fridays only, from Unit 1, Trevail Business Park, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 1EU.
At least 48 hours notice is required for all Click & Collect orders.

Delivery Notification and Tracking

Once you have placed your order we will inform you of the delivery by email. Please notify us within 24 hours should you wish to change this day.

On the day of the delivery our courier company will send you an email notification with a one hour delivery window identifying when you should expect to receive your order. If you should not receive this information and would like further detail then you can contact us on 01208 822467 and we will try to be of further assistance.

Problems with delivery

In the unlikely occurrence you should not receive your delivery or it becomes damaged in transit then please notify us within 24 hours of this happening. We will then take further action to remedy this or rearrange your delivery with you.
